Refund and Shipping

BoutiqueSetup have a simple refund policy with no questions asked for damaged producs. You need to apply within 3 after receiving the product. Reach us out for returns.

For Jewelry items, the refund is not possible as we manufacture everything from scratch – cutting the gemstone to setting up the final jewelry piece.

We do not accept accidental order refunds because of shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours but some products takes 2-3 days. After that it takes 5-10 days depending upon the item you ordered as we have warehousing at multiple locations.
